Terms of Use

1. About Win Pickers

Win Pickers is operated by Tomas Bazys, an individual based in Lithuania. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@winpickers.com.

Win Pickers is a free entertainment platform where motorsport fans predict bracket outcomes and compare scores on leaderboards. It is not a betting service and does not accept wagers, deposits, stakes, or payments tied to predictions.

2. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you cannot legally accept these Terms yourself, you may use the service only with any consent or supervision required by applicable law. The service is not specifically directed to children and contains no adult-only content.

3. Accounts

• Provide an email address you control and keep it current.
• Keep your password and recovery information confidential.
• Use one account and one public Display name per person.
• Do not impersonate another person, organiser, driver, championship, or Win Pickers representative.
• Notify us promptly at support@winpickers.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Predictions and scoring

Predictions are for entertainment only. A prediction counts only after you submit it before the administrator locks the event. Drafts left unsubmitted at lock receive zero points. Submitted predictions become read-only at lock.

Scores and ranks are calculated under the rules shown by the service. Event administrators may correct participant or result information. When a confirmed correction affects scoring, the current leaderboard may be recalculated.

5. Public information

Your Display name is public. If you add an Instagram handle, it is also public and may link to your Instagram profile. Your email address is not shown publicly. Prediction selections are private before an event is locked and are public afterward only when the relevant event administrator enables Community Predictions.

6. Event information and third parties

Win Pickers is independent from the championships, organisers, venues, drivers, and social platforms referenced by the service unless expressly stated otherwise. Schedules, brackets, participants, and results may change or contain errors. We may correct them when reliable information becomes available.

7. Prizes

Win Pickers does not currently promise or administer prizes. If an external organiser offers a prize, separate eligibility, contact, fulfilment, tax, and other rules may apply. We will identify the responsible organiser where such an offer is displayed.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• interfere with the service, security controls, or other users;
• automate registrations or predictions without permission;
• attempt to access private predictions, emails, or admin areas;
• submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content;
• use the service for betting, fraud, or unlawful promotion.

9. Availability and changes

The beta service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We aim to preserve submitted competition history, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every event will be offered.

10. Intellectual property

Win Pickers software, branding, layout, and original content are protected by applicable law. Third-party names, logos, photographs, and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply endorsement.

11. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Win Pickers is provided on an “as available” basis and the operator is not responsible for indirect losses arising from service interruptions, third-party information, or decisions made from entertainment predictions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Suspension and account closure

We may restrict or suspend accounts that breach these Terms or threaten service integrity. You may request account deletion. Submitted competition records may remain in anonymised form to preserve fair results and leaderboard history.

13. Changes to these Terms

Material changes will be identified by a new version and effective date. Where required, we will ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use account features.

14. Applicable law and contact

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without removing any mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. Contact support@winpickers.com with questions or complaints.
